• Question: How do I pick my colors for my Dazzle Berries, Dazzle Cookies, Dazzle Rice Treats, etc???                              Answer: There is an instructions box that you may leave your information in when placing your order. If you do not leave instructions there after you order you will receive an email confirmation. Please reply to that email with the designs and colors you would like. 

• Question: What are Kreative Treat's Business Days???          Answer: Our website is 24 hrs. However our business hours are 9am - 9pm Sunday - Thursday and 9am - 1 hr before Sunset on Friday. Closed Saturday. 

• Question: When will I receive my treat order for shipping???          Answer: We want your treats to arrive fresh. So along with our cooling packs we are only shipping out Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. We do not want your treats to get stuck on the weekend. Please allow 7 days from when order was placed along with the shipping day requirements.
